Paris Hilton is in a bind after her recent drug arrest.
She could still avoid jail time, however, having been offered a plea deal following her arrest for cocaine possession. The question is whether she'll jump at it.
The ho-tel heiress can keep her purdy a$$ out of jail by pleading guilty to two misdemeanor charges, a drug count and a count of lying to a police officer.

She is scheduled to be arraigned in Las Vegas on October 27. The original charge she was hit with when she and Cy Waits got popped was possession of a felony-controlled substance. Will she take the deal? She has to, right?
A spokeswoman for the Clark County District Attorney's Office declined to discuss any specifics of a plea, but did say that the offense is punishable by up to a year in jail ... or could warrant mere probation. So who the heck knows.
Our guess is she will. No way the "not my purse defense" would hold up.
