It's stunning but true: not everyone in the country is inflicted with Justin Bieber Fever. Millions of cases in point: those who typically read Vanity Fair.

The February issue of this magazine, which featured the 17-year old icon on the cover, has sold a mere 246,000 copies since its release. That makes it the second-worst selling edition of the publication EVER, moving more issues than only a Will Smith-anchored issue from 1999.

In related news, an April 2010 People magazine that also featured the Biebs reportedly sold 25 percent less than that publication's average.

Justin Bieber Previews Next Album

Don't worry, fans: Justin Bieber won't be promoting perfume forever.

The singer is already planning his next album, although it's unlikely to hit stores any time soon. In an interview with MTV, Justin said of the eventual CD:

"I want to] write a lot myself. I will be working with a lot of other producers and stuff like that, but I'm just writing a lot, writing on tour."

Fans have plenty of options to listen to until Bieber does take over the charts with his next release, of course. He's already come out with (deep breath...) My World, My World 2.0, Never Say Never - The Remixes and My Worlds Acoustic.

Expect to hear more of the latter down the road.

"I've done a lot on my acoustic guitar, so it's gonna have that vibe. I'm not gonna really limit myself... I know there's country music, there's rock music, but my music is different. My voice is not meant for any style. I just want to make music."

Justin Bieber and Charlie Sheen: Cleared!

For the first time in recorded history, Justin Bieber and Charlie Sheen have something in common: each was cleared of recent, allegedly illegal action.

First, Canadian officials have determined that Bieber did not assault a fellow laser tag participant during a much-hyped incident in October.

"This investigation into the incident is now complete and no charges will be forwarded as the evidence collected [doesn't] support doing so," Corporal Turley of the Richmond Royal Canadian Mounted Police said.

Justin Bieber and Charlie Sheen can both celebrate. Hopefully, they won't do so in the same way.

In kinda related news, the NYPD has also announced that Sheen won't be charged with any wrongdoing against the Plaza Hotel in New York City or porn star Capri Anderson.

Following a wild night together on October 25, the actor was hospitalized and accused of holding Anderson captive, snorting cocaine and doing many other bad things. Some or all of those allegations could still be true.

But there's not even enough evidence that makes this a legal case worth pursuing.

Rihanna and Justin Bieber have a few things in common:

• They are both successful musicians with legions of loyal fans
• Their hairstyles both resemble those of a prepubescent male

Of course, one of the two actually is a prepubescent male ... well, probably. From the Justin Bieber pictures we've seen, he looks like he's 16 going on 9.
